Bro. Josh delivered God's Word in a way that spoke to many hearts. His devotion came from the book of I Samuel. His message was that we must be faithful in little things for God to use us to do big things for him. Like David cared for his father's sheep and was responsible in his duties, we should also be faithful in the tasks God calls us to today.
The youth of Evergreen were lots of fun to be around. We really appreciate them inviting us to share in this activity!

Earlier this month we hosted the Soldiers of the Savior Youth Rally here at Bethany. We appreciate all of you who volunteered your time to make this activity a success! On Friday night several churches were represented with seventy teens present and about ninety people in total attendance. We began the evening with "Missing in Action," an activity at the mall in which several people had volunteered to dress up in a way that would be hard to recognize them. Then the teens had to find the MIA people and get their autographs. The team with the most signatures won. After returning to the church and having dinner, Bro. Blake Coghill of Peace FWB brought the evening message. The Lord used him in a mighty way to speak to hearts.
On Saturday, we met at the church, then headed over to the ballfield for volleyball, softball, and relay races. We returned to the church for a meal of hamburgers and hotdogs. After lunch, Bro. Josh brought a message that God used to stir hearts and challenge those in attendance. We had a great time and really appreciate everyone who came out to be apart of the Rally. We look forward to hosting one again in the future!
